Happy Birthday Chess.com!
Chess.com 3-Year Anniversary!!!

I believe I am one of the first members. I joined May 18, 2007, the day it started. Been here ever since and it's the best place I have found to play and talk about chess. Hundreds of improvements since day one, thanks to Erik. I have played thousands of games here and have written hundreds of articles for chess.com.

...and contributed first rate to the Greatest Photos thread.
I ended up here by googling some chess thing and eventually decided to become a member after a few months (I think it was). Haven't been banned yet suckahs!

10 days your senior. Ha!

bill wall is a true chess.com hero!

I feel lucky to have found chess.com, which was mentioned last winter in passing by someone on ICC; I believe it was John Watson. Erik and the staff (including the Berkeley Brutes) have enriched my chess experiences no end. I also wish to commend Bill Wall for his fabulous game collections...nowhere else would you find 500 published Miniatures in so many openings! They're still in print from amazon. Thanks, everyone.
This week(Tuesday, May18th) was the 3-year anniverary of the day Chess.com
started for business.
For me Friday the 21st of May was my 1year 6month anniversary at Chess.com, and while I no longer play chess anymore(I'm not as good as I used to be and I hate losing too much to play anymore) I still enjoy reviewing puzzles, studying, reading
chess articles, watching Live Chess, and submitting puzzles(I am a member
of The Brainstrainers group).
If you go to the blog of webmaster there is now a great new timeline of
Chess.com from 5/18/07 up to the present.
