chess.com Android app painfully slow

I love chess.com but android app reacts very slow. It is very slow compared to another site, where I can mantain 2000+ easy. Please do something about it for europeans players, ping is 300+.

You didn't say what the time control is where you have a 2000 rating at that other site.

Whatever it is, you can't compare ratings between two different groups of players. 2000 there isn't the same as 2000 here.  The rating difference may simply be that so many people play anonymously over there, while they are given ratings over here, which drives down the average rating.

It is interesting that the ping of the Android apps are different.  However, 300+ ping for Europeans again sounds like a relative measure.  I assume you mean it take 300 milliseconds longer for pings with chess.com than with that other site.

Is that what you mean? What are the actuals? What app are you using to measure the ping?

I use windows to measure ping. It is very interesting that with chess.com ping doesn't pass 15ms, but live.chess.com has 300+. That was measured on broadband Conn. I assume that on my smartphone it's greater, because the differences of quality and speed. But still the other site is ultrafast.. I was playing 3 min games. I don't know if you guys maybe have the same problem, assuming that those other servers are in Europe. I still hope chess.com staff solve somehow this problem because I love this site. Maybe they just need to install some servers somewere in Europe, connected via satellite. That should improve a lot the quality of game and gain some more interest for it for sure.

Android chess.com app is super slow compared with others like iOS app in all kind of games. They have to solve this.

I am having problems with lag on my iPad and my android apps at Chess.com but only on my iPad at the other site... I am forced to play five minute games with the mouse so mostly on Chess.com so I am switiching to that other site since I have posted numerous times that there is a problem here with at Chess.com and nothing seems to be being done to resolve it.

the app so sooooo slow at my android tablet, lichess is an formular 1 against this app. its not possible to play faster blitz oder bullet games. have to uninstall.

The site works very well, the condition is to have a paid account.

This app is infuriating due to the snail pace on Android
