It would be very nice to have an option to see how the team members have voted before submitting a move in the vote chess.

I think that's why he said "option".
I'd still like to see an option for a nomination phase prior to the vote phase (only on nominated moves) -- perhaps by dividing the group by rating into nominators and voters.

I imagine this feature as a button "view votes" - if you want to see how other players voted, you press it, and if you don't want, you just don't press it. This way it won't interfere to those who want it secret.
somehow i think this could cause some losses seeming if 1 votes a wrong move all players which dont know what to do might just vote that move to, but on the other side it would be nice to know in advance when a bad vote is getting ahead so you can warn the other players.

I was going to suggest that the credit wasn't necessarily, but then the first reference I can find to it is my post (#57) which was constructed as much to introduce the acronym ROAR as to suggest an improvement:

I would like to see a private option for group administrators to see a persons name next to their vote in Vote Chess games. It could be implemented as a hyperlink so when you click it, you get a list of voter's names and their respective vote. This could be useful for admins because it would allow them to see who is not following posted guidelines, or whether someone is trying to sabotage a game by voting for clearly bad moves.
Only one thing I'd like to see. (Chessmaster has this feature) When playing a game, it has a little by line telling you what opening is being played. (After a few turns you leave book, of course) I find this function helps me learnopenings as it is teaching WHILE you play. Just food for thought.

This idea I like.
Posting Games, Puzzles, etc: Can you make an auto-play feature (automatically goes through the game move by move at a certain speed) so I don't have to use my mouse as much? I found this feature very useful on chessgames.com when I was browsing around it.

Here is a suggestion which won't take much effort to implement:
In your settings, you can set a rating range for receiving challenges, and you have a toggle for allowing friends to challenge you regardless of the values set.
It would be really cool if you had a similar toggle for always being allowed to receive unrated challenges.

along these same lines, it would be nice to be able to see move annotations and the chat window at the same time... for commumnication about specific moves. not essential, but it'd be nice.
I'd like an alert for vote chess games, when the cut-off time for casting a vote is close, say 6 or 8 hours.
I find, esp in 3 day per move games, there is a lot of discussion on day one, almost to the level of a decision being made, then there are no more comments and everybody forgets to vote :(
Also, is there a reason why the vote totals are only visible after a vote has been made? The totals get posted in the comments anyway, so only the 1st player votes "blind"

I'd definitely like to see ladders implemented. Were you thinking between groups (i.e. vote/team matches) or between players within a group?
