Chess.com Greeter

I changed my option in my online settings to be a greeter, except I haven't had a single game started in over 2 weeks. Do new members not play greeters anymore, is this an outdated option? Is there a certain process I must go through?

I think the option is available, but since there are 12 million members on chess.com, about 4 million of which are willing to help, you don't really get to do much.
