So whatever happened to the "Informal Coaching Forum"?

Hi, As it happens to such initiatives it had a very short span of life. Having a good idea is not enough you need to have perservence and devotion to make that idea successful. Same qualities needed to become a good player. People buy a book start giving 2-3 hour a day but after a week or book goes bookshelf gathering dust. In this group ( a year back or so )I tried to play a few games giving them my ideas and asking questions why they made a move etc. None of students responded as I wanted so it could not succeed. I think a better idea is to find some one of roughly eaqual strenght ( both get something) and REPLAY with take back one or more games of each player analysing every move / position in detail. For every move there must be 3-4 comments from each side.
