You get to be chess.com staff :) A reasonable wage is usually in accordance with 'rate of pay for your area', but chances are it will be a good salary.

I am paid 24 euros per hour for Legal English here in Spain, but I work for one of the top corporations in Spain.
In my case, I wouldn't charge much, as it is an easy task given my background. In fact, I e-mailed one of the staff members a few months ago to tell them about the mistakes I was detecting in the Spanish version of the website. I obtained a quick and kind response explaining me what I had to do in order to help.
That's how I kwow it's an easy job.

I received this message that chess.com is looking for translators, my question is, what exactly do I have to do if I get chosen and can I do it from home sitting in my chair or do I have to go somewhere? and is it a kind of an employment (like if I join I work for them now) or do they just want some help (after that I'm just a normal player again)?
