World League that should be fun
Chess.com world league

Not to be the proverbial wet towel, but a distinction must be drawn between tug of war, in which more players means a better chance of victory, and chess, in which it would not. If the team dynamic is as I expect it will be, then this makes about as much sense as playing against a better player so to even it up asking him to tie one hand behind his back. Too many cooks spoil the broth, right, and a chain is as weak as its weakest link, so can a team really do better than its best player, working alone?
Hi. Mm40 here, leader of the American group. I've heard word (Team Canada news) that there's going to be a world league. I was wondering if I could volunteer us Americans to be in it. Is there any news regarding this? Thanks for your response in advance.
BTW, if you're American, I hiope you join!
