Guys, I don't want to be irritating (OK, I do, you caught me) but Rae1 is probably not Rael because:

1. Rae1 was created in November, and was an inactive account until yesterday, conveniently when people started talking about Rael in this thread.

2. The account 'Rael' is not closed, and if he returned he would more than likely use the same name.

Haha oh man. Nytik, my friend, as much as I love engaging in all that kind of speculation I have to assure you that, dissapointingly, it's actually moi. Which is a shame, as I think I would've been flattered had anyone gone out of their way to steal my cyber-identity on here, as it would mean I made a mark or some such.

When I closed my account a while back, Erik told me he wanted to keep the Rael account open and actually changed the password to it, so ah can't even access eet if ah tried, lol.

So yeah, I made a new account with the ole Rhook on eh to ee wan move that I enjoyed looked like my name, which is fun. I've been pretty busy with other things in my life so whereas I haven't really had time for chess, I still carry enough fondness for you folk as that I would occasionally check in and see how the community was doing - something about Paul's deliberate omission of me from his memorybanks irked me enough to actually log in.

Keep in mind that we'll also have to take into consideration those with multiple accounts... once they get caught and are cancelled then the numbers also go down. Perhaps we'll have a few "millionth members".
