Chesskid account for Titled players

The question is not for whom it is desgned 
The questions is - whether titled players can get this free account or not? Because I was told that they can. I need official answer to understand can or not.
Anyway if you enter chesskid you will see that there are a lot of titled players. And it is not about playing there for own fun, it is more related to teaching kids etc.

You should contact their support and ask.
I have heard that for titled players on chess.com there is possibility to have also ChessKid account, is it so?
When I have created my titled profile, I asked for chesskid account but I never got response.
