ChessParty2020 canceled – what about refunds?

Hey fellow chess fans,

I was really sad to see that after being postponed from May to September this year, the PRO Chess League Finals (aka. ChessParty2020) was canceled:

I'd have gone with my 10-year old son, who's a chess enthusiast and we were looking forward to seeing those great players, and the games themselves.

Anyway, having read the news I emailed the organizers whether refunds are possible as I bought both accommodation and entries to ChessParty.

I didn't get a reply so I followed up 10 days later but still just crickets, which is annoying.

Can somebody from chess.com or fellow would-be party goers tell me about how tickets/hotel can be refunded?
