Closed members?

Why are there so many closed members I observed, I go into messages and find somebody to talk to then the gray or rarely red x shows by their name, one less person on chess.com I know, sigh. The thing is I feel like it’s happening on here more and more since I joined. Also haters that don’t like chess.com please don’t comment on this article.

I think many people have just not much time to pay chess and chess.com should do something against haters here and trolls

I think when the x is gray the member closed their own account and when it's red then it has been closed do to community guideline violations.
