if you are a titled player, or even a regular player and im wrong, your acting unbecoming. acting like youre martin's superior and acting like you know everything doesnt help in the long run. if you were martins superior, you could just ban me here and now, and you would also know that we can have 2 accounts. im 100% sure martin does not know who you are up until this post

you have any evidence to support that claim? did i ever say "i made the account without permission"? no i didnt! you have 0 basis and you're just angry because im correct.

and you've broken the tos numerous times, yet i havent reported you. wanna know why? because i want to see you try to get me banned. who are thry gonna believe? me with evidence and a moderator who saw the whole thing, or you, with 0 evidence and baseless acusations. good ahead.

Well, if I'm using an anonymous account, unfortunately, I can't do that, as the TOS doesn't allow me. However, if you're telling the truth, staff members will be able to see that you made a request and that the account belongs to you. It's the same for anonymous accounts of GMs or other titled members. So, if you think I'm lying, feel free to report me. They keep track of those, just like mine.

Titled players absolutely can and do get banned. Both for FPV and abuse, when warranted

of course they do; if they didn't then moderation wouldn't be fair would it?

ive gone through the process, i recieved the email sometime in 2023, and cant find it because of the clutter that is my gmail. and are you dense??? you've literally seen it yourself, any chess.com player can have two accounts. you arent special because youre a titled player, we all can make two accounts and verify them within 3 days. if i do get banned, ill contest and ask that they close the other account, but i wont, because i have done nothing to cheat with that account, nor have i touched it in the last 2 years. they are linked, so maybe thats why it stayed up so long

Do you think Chess.com is spying on random players on the website? They can't know about a second account unless you specifically inform them. That's the reason for the form, they need access to check if you're viewing your matches as a spectator and seeing the evaluation bar. That's why it's extremely bannable to have one without asking for permission.

and yet you have no base to prove that i didnt sign up for a 2nd account. and even a mod is siding with me. theyve been on this site practically since its birth, so dont you think they know more than some rando titled player?

I was a member for centuries and nobody chose me to be moderator. Like wtf up with me, you think I'm [removed -- MS] dodgy or something mate, think I'm going to steal all your opiates, booze and weed while your not watching me. I'm as trust worthy and as sensible as possible. If there's a responsible metre, a bit like a lie detector but it tests for being responsible I'd pass with multi colours, because we have to respect being a dress up thing, and it's all right I've I don't mind some [removed]. what does Martin know about your request? He doesn't have any power for that.
