The bunny is trying.

BartSimpson50

@autobunny so give me some examples how you have "helped" the mods?

Oh no the mods have finally arrived!

BartSimpson50

Mods do not always post in a thread.  Doesn't mean we don't look though.

Mi_Amigo

so you're telling me that there's a mod reading all the posts of that "Science of Evolution" thread by elroch?

BartSimpson50

A Mod will skip through posts and yes I have read some posts on that thread.

Mi_Amigo

a mod shant skip

Community Defender is a very silly title, as if this site is being persecuted and under siege happy.png

dear @bartsimpson50,

(now that that the bunny has regained his composure ...)

that gif was primarily put up to demonstrate the short reaction time & immense speed of the bunny which is so important for a defender.  the direction may have been questionable but let's not let the vector attributes detract from the scalar ones.

also don't think the bunny hasn't noticed your use of quotation marks around the word 'helped'  though he shall gracefully look past that this once.  the bunny is kind and forgiving that way.

not wanting to blow his own trumpet, the bunny shall now ask the community (including other mods) to speak on this behalf.

well ... anyone?

Probably not any more: @Elroch seems to be managing to keep the thread on topic and keeping politics and religion out of it mostly, so we're leaving it to him or others to let us know if it starts getting out of hand and needing moderator intervention.

i have not participated in that topic because i know i will get nasty with some. but, i have posted in other long-running topics where politics and religion could easily creep in and take it out of bounds. it seems, as david mentions, that the op must be vigilant to keep the discussion on point.

I used to hunt bunnies long ago when I was an older teen.  My maternal grandfather had mining claims out in the Southern California desert.  My family would go out there and camp for a few days, and I and the middle brother would patrol the area with shotguns when we weren't also prospecting for minerals.  Bunnies, chukars and quail returned to the coast in the gamebag in the back seat, and Mom would take them out of the freezer and cook them for us.  Now I get my game meat online, it's a lot less work.

Great thread.  Soooooo entertaining.  Thanks kindly.  That bunny (in video above) can really cut and run!  The Steelers need a replacement for running back, Levon Bell.  The bunny could substitute.
