Computer elo is overrated :D

I am currently 929 vs people, because I have ADHD/chronic pain and do blunders every game grin.png But I would be probably like 1700 since first day I played chess. I Am beating computer over 2000 after couple games: each time I have beaten it I selected one level higher... Although I wouldn't probably beat it every game consistently, because I don't know any openers or builds! But still... I have currently beat 2200 so far...

The game: far.https://www.chess.com/game/computer/16532389

I know human elo and computer elo are not comparable! And computer tries to reduce difficulty by random blunders sometimes, so it basically lets you back into the game for free... But thing is even playing vs computer over 2000 feels too easy, easier than vs 900 humans many times! So I don't know! It is weird! Or maybe because computer actually do stuff which makes sense, so it is more intuitive. I play very intuitively, didn't even think about moves much this game... Anyway it is interesting...

BTW I don't know who, or what to play against, because I dislike playing vs humans! As they artificially prolong the game! Even if they are losing badly from start like - bishop for free (and they don't even have positional advantage) they don't leave and stay in the game and make you chase them to the last piece in circles... This is dumb... I just want to have fun and if game is over, I want to get into another game... They artificially prolong the game, I got even some elo back, as system determined it as stalling... Or they afk for another 5 minutes 2 obvious moves from check-mate hahaha... Anyway people are cancer in every online game - go figure... I know I Am currently not ranked, and low elo players don't even realize when they lost the game! But even higher elos do this from time to time - thing about competitive games: your opponent can basically hold you hostage for next 10 minutes in the game, even if you have already won... And force you to play rest out... I would rather play vs AI then, if every game will be like this... Because it also has an advantage of being able to take easily moves back, I don't pay attention and blunder, or I change my mind like 10 times... But playing vs living humans is more fun, I don't know... But also: I Am not in a state I can play whole game while paying attention so I can rank up at least to 1700, otherwise every game will be stupid and not fun... I will probably set AI levels higher and higher until I find good balance between difficulty/blunders...

The computer bots are massively overrated and don't blunder like humans do. The 2000 rated bot can play 12 moves of opening theory and then hang a knight to a pawn for no reason. Don't use them as a measure of your skill because below like 2500 the bots are extremely inconsistent. At the end of the day, the only way to prove your skill is to play humans, even if they "prolong the game"

Yeah, as I said... I will try 2500 thanks! Not feeling like playing humans right now grin.png
