Considering Small Redesign to Chess.com - Thoughts?

hi Erick
There is something that i would like chess.com had, it is a kind of application to play my online chess games without use my browser, instead of that, use the application, it is just like the application for mobiles.
Some times i just want to move my games, and that is all, so , having an application , for me, it migth be faster and easier just open the app and play =D
.... furthermore... i use linux... so a multiplataform app. if that were possible.
thanks for reading .!!!

I agree with bigger font needed to read it without squinting.
Question: What is the "Isn't it time?" and the forum icon in the top right corner?
Holding Ctrl and + together does increase the print size on Firefox while Ctrl and - together decreases the print size. Great feature.

This is an improvement. The main content is separated and made distinct from some of the "extras".
I personally find the main content overwhelming and not inviting. There's just so much clutter, I find it difficult to navigate visually. For me, even the same content with just a bit more separating white space would be nicer.
How necessary is the intro blurbs for the articles, videos, and news sections? It makes the front page very "texty". I'm not likely to read that much text when I'm just trying to figure out what to click on.

What? I don't think that's the case at all. Your first hint should be all of that heat coming off of your old CRT.

I can't blame your brother -- tube amps are noticeably superior to solid state.
My dad was an Air Force Technician and worked on the neighbors' televisions for them. They had a machine in stores where dad and I would test old vacuum tubes, remember that?
Then the transistor came along and replaced the vacuum tube.

I have to agree. The titles should be sufficient to draw a user in to any particular article from the main page and you can always have the lead-ins visible on the main "Articles" or "Blogs" pages themselves.
