Looks like you'll have to keep waiting @notgeneralgrant

Yes, that's my conclusion as well. I find it interesting regardless.

I also like playing people of all ratings and I can't get many 600 - 1600 players to agree to play me on my main account

It's generally impossible for people to "see" 400 points above or below themselves.

In other words naming 1600 gives you away. A strong GM on this site can't tell the difference between 1600 and 2300.

So a good guess is you're at least below 2000 (1600 being the lowest rating that makes sense to you).

Of course you might be much lower, like 1000, but there's no information about that one way or another.

I said 600-1600 because thats what i've been playing with on my smurfs (Not all of which add drmrboss)

Well, to that I'd point out you made it a nice round figure of 1000 for the rating span.

This is a pretty small suggestion, but it smells of calculation and deceit. In other words it's not organic.

I mean, it's easy to overthink it, I'm just burning like like the rest of you, but that's what I think.

Thanks for sharing.  maybe we can play a cutesy little match sometime.   Sometimes I do big simuls

And you blew it. You were doing so well. "Thanks for sharing"? We've all seen that too many times to be fooled.

llama44

The only person from the forum who bullied me in a match was that a3 guy in hyperbullet and we played on lichess.

I'm a little higher rated in other time controls, but a noob in hyperbullet. He beat me like 20 games in a row probably.

That would imply that you are a grandmaster.

I am not even rated OTB yet,  but I am GM strength,  at least relative to how they like to play online.  people are telling me it's a different world OTB but I didn't find out yet.  I look forward to playing OTB events after our pandemic and making chess com give me the shiny red icons

Ok, you dont have Fide rating. It is fine.

If you are a real strong player close to title, you should have 2200-2300 blitz here.

Why dont you play in that time control?

I mean,  i'm a little bit bigger and badder than Kibi,  so i'd understand if you weren't necessarily up to it.

Haha, so you watched all that stuff.

The odd thing is that, considering the source, you have to know I'll never take your words seriously. So I don't know what kind of reaction you were aiming for... and if the type of reaction doesn't matter to you so long as I respond, that's boring.

Anyway, if you had a high bullet and puzzle rush score I'd be more willing to believe you're a good player.

not because I have better mouse skills.

Actually, a3 and I played hyperbullet on the premise we'd find out who has better mouse skills.

Like I said he beat me probably 20 times in a row... but I'm not convinced he's actually faster than me. He just understood the tricks of that time control better (as you might imagine, hyperbullet is more of a chess variant).

So now I believe there's actually no time control where hand eye coordination is a large factor. Sure being a good bullet player will help you clutch out a few blitz games when they get close on the clock... but in general that's not worth many rating points. Maybe 1 or 2 hundred. In other words it's almost entirely other skills.

I don't think you know enough about these time controls to comment on them.

Desperation is boring.

The really disappointing thing here is that I have no way of knowing whether you are the original or just an impersonator yourself. I've always had an interest in the psychology of internet trolls and why they do what they do, but I have yet to find one that will stop trolling long enough to tell me. That's why it's so disappointing that I can't know whether you are genuine or not: I won't know whether I'm actually hearing a troll explain themselves or if I'm just being trolled.

Trolls troll because it is entertaining. I have trolled trolls before which is how I know this.

Sure, but why run the same troll over and over again? Seems pointless to me.

You seem to have connections to the weird side of youtube heh.

If you can tell chess.com admins with your previous YGNR credentials, then you are original YGNR.

Otherwise, no one can know.

But admins wont be interested in doing those stuffs.

Ok, I quote it for reference, in case someone is interested in those stuffs.

You are a 2140 player at best, why are you talking down to people?

I think it's time reassess your own standing, my friend.frustrated.png

Obviously! Mammals are animals who can independently regulate their own body temperature.
