Funny enough, no. Personal favorite tends to be Fried Liver and the lines that come out of it. I don't always shoot for it in the Italian, I usually develop the second knight and from there it becomes Three/Four knights Italian, but when I do play Fried Liver, it tends to make for a pretty fun game. The fork is the centerpiece of the attack, Knight forking queen and rook defended by bishop.
