Destroying Disrespecting Players?

I keep reading where some players are said to be 'disrespecting' but I don't understand why.  There is nothing they've said.  It seems something the OP DOES (a move in a game) that is called DISRESPECTING.  Huh?  I looked and it isn't in Chess Terms.

I'd rather NOT be 'disrespecting' but I can't avoid something if I don't know what it is!  Been here for a month now so I hope I'm forgiven if the question is idiotic.  I have been searching for three weeks now!   One example is this vid by Magnus Carlsen but I also see it mentioned in many discussions:  https://youtu.be/6dmAxtq3Gmo?si=7stTSy6offZiM1sv

And if this is in wrong forum, please feel free to move it!  Thanks!

To Magnus, it’s usually playful or experimental — not malicious.

Thank you, no, it never felt disrespectful. And it's more than Magnus. They talk about 'punishing the OP for disrespecting' which made it feel like it was specific chess moves or gambits or behaviors such as mirroring or ... well, obviously I'm incorrect that it isn't something specific. 'Punishing' the OP because of their certain type of play then doesn't mean specific chess actions or moves then?

It's just mentioned often by several of the top players in tournament games. Well, I'll never be that level so I guess I'll never have to worry about making moves which deserve to be punished! I appreciate the response! Yeah, Magnus is funny!

Oh so funny ... this just posted by Magnus Carlsen on YouTube about disrespecting. Maybe it has to do with castling queenside?? He moves too fast for me to even understand! Anyway, I won't fuss over it; I'll focus on just getting better and having FUN!!
