I have had the same issue with the help bots. They are so dumb. Really wish chess.com would get humans to sort out our issues. I'm considering finding a different online chess platform because of this issue.

i have the same problem too. friend who is a NM says titled players get faster/better help ig we slobs dont get respect we deserve when we need help.
You must make an offering to the Gods for support to answer you. 
Without an offering, you don't stand a chance. 
Your AI agent is a fake. So much bla-bla-bla and no help in the end
