Disconnects when I press green tick!

EVERY TIME I make a move and press green tick - I get 'disconnected' from the game. I have to go to profile and find the game again. I do NOT have internet problems (I have fibre broadband and use Ethernet cable - Download 136Mb/s, Upload 20Mb/s, Ping 21ms!); I am not cheating - I am not asking anyone what my next move should be, nor any of the other suggestions I've seen on an old post! This is infuriating - please would someone tell me how to fix it!! Thank you.
