(If you take the knight with 3. Rxf4 then Bg5! pinning the rook to the king.
But it’s a draw anyway the other rook has perpetual check

I think it’s a draw but the side with 2 rook’s has to be careful as there are forks pins and skewers
In other words, it’s easier for the side with 2 rooks to make a mistake
