I ask this question for a friend who has a problem
Why does it not appear in my friends ranking despite having some higher scores than mine?

I've already tried unfriending him and then becoming friends again but I still don't see him in the rankings

If your friend is muted they won't show me n Leaderboards

Without knowing who it is, the only other possibility is there haven't been enough game in the pool being looked at in the past 90 days to be in the leaderboards.

Probably didn't activate their account, which would mean they are muted and won't show.
