There’s something wrong with the clocks and the connections. I’d like to hear from a moderator. I’ve been declared the loser by “abandonment” twice in three days even though it was showing that it was my opponent’s turn to move.

Same problem for me.... pretty annoying too loose when actually winning. Would be nice with some response from the moderator.
Same problem here. Clocks freezes. Happening several times per day suddenly.

Never happened to me. Every time it freezes it’s because I no longer have internet; I.e. I can’t get online with any device anywhere.
sometimes it lags, but during that time there’s always a lot of traffic in my home WiFi.
Its not discomnect, someone do the cheat. There is a lack of chesscom
And I lost because of that?? How is that possible..
Happened to me a lot recently. The clock stops apparently on my turn and then I get timeout and lose, very frustrating.
Recently yes, very ocasionally. I figured it would be my internet.

I had the same issue the last few days. WiFi signal fine and messaging ok. First time my opposing player couldn’t make a move and ended up with very little time so I offered a draw. Subsequent times it has happened to me- to the point where I am in a good position and the timer just runs out and I forfeit the game

I keep getting games where I lose because of disconnect but I'm still running youtube and other online services like discord just fine. Is this a common problem for people? Could it be due to my region? (Australia)
I'd like to gather some thoughts to find out if maybe something is going wrong on my end, perhaps with my browser. I played a match with my friend from the same area as me a few weeks ago and lost due to disconnection but we had a solid discord call going the entire time.
I really enjoy Chess.com so it'd be great to get some other opinions if anyone else is having this issue to see if it is on my end or if I should start looking for another way to play online chess. I am just very confused because you need to be disconnected for 60 seconds right? But nothing else on my computer is affected at all let alone for over 60 seconds.
