Thanks, everyone, for the valuable feedback. We have collected several items that are important to you on your profile.
For now, we have rolled back to the previous version. Please let me know if you don't see it, and I will follow up with the team.
We will fix the following before rolling out the new profile again:

• How do daily timeouts in daily stats
• Show daily match event names in the current games widget
• Fix archive widget filtering

We also hear and read your feedback on all other things, and those are under careful consideration. However, some might take more time to fix/tweak before re-rolling can happen on those topics.

What's the deal with this website? I don't even know what the three things in your bullet points are. Most people are just worried about their notes and profile views being gone (not things that I would personally miss, but then again I guess no one is really asking me, are they?).

God forbid that the first thing people see on their chess profile is a summary of their recent chess games, instead of a tally of how many friends and followers they have. Are you all here to play chess, or is this a beauty contest?

It looked to me like you could tell right away what someone's chess performance is, instead of seeing a bunch of links to their clubs, their youtube channels, and shout outs to their other attention-hungry friends.

Extravagant? Prodigal? Profligate? Anything but cheap, I suppose.

God forbid it should give the impression that the development money is going to chess, not a beauty contest.
