Imagine if it was run by Estonians or Brazilians. Well, of course than it wouldn't "run" at all....

No, I don't think Chess.com support is rude, the foundation is friendly. The problem is in the relationships, the chats, the implications, the conversations and the thread topics. All of this is involved in different personal ethics and it is not possible/easy to control as long as there is not restrictions to express oneself. Personally, I would be more restrictive with some comments and insults, but that doesn't mean much.A important site can not be owned only by a personal vision. It is one's own responsibility how to react and how each one prefers to encode their communication on interacts.Thats can have consecuences in same way that ofline.I do not accept injures, but many people accept to give injures free.Is sad how thats is naturalized and how thats behaviour atract more people to internet services. We know what Flies search...

It is not a problem of nations either. I would like to take this opportunity to give a shout out in favour of multinationalism. We living in a world that born as consecuence of world wars.Much things we need to change.Exarcerbated nationalism feel dont help.Love your country and your flag and be grateful to those serve to protect freedom and independence, but dont be so fanatic sectarist to despice rights of others flags and others nations.Let others feel dign too.Do not be used by divisions and separarists.Une the world.Deal with the world.

Speaking as someone relatively new to this website, I'm impressed with the ethics ingrained within the chess community and feel the support staff re-enforce and promote that culture.
When I try to ask the support for help they seem to be rude right?
