"Don't care" condition in conditional moves in daily chess

There was a thread on this topic back in 2008: https://www.chess.com/forum/view/community/conditional-move---dont-care-option

Though, it hasn't been implemented still 13 years later. There was a comment on that thread by staff member @erik but there has been no progress. May I ask why? It doesn't seem like a feature that will take a lot of work to implement.

A feature like this won't be helpful in the opening/middlegame but very helpful in endgames, specially endgames where your opponent is in an absolutely losing position with a clear way for you to win but refuses to resign and waits max time limit per move, for example, this game: https://www.chess.com/game/daily/301068820 where my opponent has nothing left to play for but still won't resign.

A "don't care" option in conditional moves would be helpful in a game like that after 0...g3 1.fxg3, I would be able to set any one of the numerous winning plans: say 1...(any) 2.Qe4 (any) 3.Qc4 and just push the b-pawn with (any) as black moves in the conditional moves.

Basically, the same as a premove in a live game!

So, why hasn't this been implemented yet?

Agreed, this would be a very handy and logical improvement to conditional moves.

Another change they could make would be to have an option you can switch on which automatically makes forced moves in daily games. For example: if your opponent makes a move and puts you in check and there's only one legal move you can make, this move would be made automatically, as if you had set it up as a conditional move.
