So based on my answer, and other people this is what duos elo is.

Duo is a learning bot as for, it improves based on the player elo gameplay.

I paired duo against ding bot (2788), Danya bot (2650), Danny bot (2500), and Francis bot (2300) and duo beat Francis with both white and black, drew ding with black, and lost the rest of the games with white and black against the rest of the bots
