look, we get it ur the clean up gang but ur not handleing the situation, your throwing it around, swishing it then breaking it
The concept of order necessarily values one kind of thing over another.
But you're the one who said attaching value to comments is absurd.
Well it's true that I'm defining good as "what's good for me."
Which is arbitrary.
Obviously chess.com disagrees with this... and for good reason. If most of their forum members are kids, then it makes sense to create what we currently have... where the majority of your posts are both figuratively and literally this:

ive really become lazy due to corona
Thanks for making it everyone else's inconvenience.
Which is arbitrary.
That's the rub. If several members think a muted-but-gone members' posts have value and petition the account unmuted (which is the original discussion), then so what? The comments have value for them and potentially for others. Who am I to say they're wrong?
Uhm hello, the point of forums is to get help not just from staff but members too, boi, chill out, your a non paying member, so like, this is a huge cost, boi, chill, dude, ur a new member, SO DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT IT, INFACT ME AS A REGULAR MEMBER KNOWS A LOT ABOUT THIS SITE, a long with other members, hehe, chess.com beta and other stuff, sorry for the bad grammar but I'm becoming more and more lazy
This post needs to be preserved as representative of today's average forum post quality. Except that it has too many words and sentences...
It's post-impressionism.
