Extremely low rated puzzles

Last few days, I have not seen any puzzle awards more than 5 while failure takes more than 20 points. No matter whether I hit the puzzle on time or even earlier than the target time frame I got 5 points only. This is absolutely not fair. Some puzzles are targetted to be solved within 4 seconds which is impossible to hit. Basically because the time starts from 1, where it is supposed to be starting from 0. Anyway, I know that I am trying to find a needle in the haystack. Something happened to chess.com. 10 years ago they were so responsive, now nobody cares

Have you changed your Difficulty setting? Going to Hard or Extra Hard should improve that.

It would be nice if there was an "Adaptive" difficulty that delivered puzzles near your rating, as it was previously. Easy - below your rating Adaptive - your rating Hard - your rating and above Very Hard - above your rating

yeah this is very annoying. My rating jumped from 2700-2800 historically to 3000. All the puzzles were super easy. There were times when I had like a 30 in a row streak. I'll hold off for now until this gets fixed.

Still don't like it, in the past it took me months to get from 2700 to 2800. Was much more satisfying when I got there. Getting from 2800 to 3000 basically took me a few days. No idea if all my training in woodpecker has been paying off or not.

It seems to me that in extra hard it's a little harder than before, in standard it's much easier, and I haven't tried the hard mode yet. When did this reform take place? It's very recent, right? Plus there are new problems, I think. It would be good if chesscom made a statement to detail their changes. Now if our rating is changing, we don't know if it's because we're improving or because it's easier, it's really annoying.

The new difficulty setting was implemented last week, though some subsets of members may have had a similar selection algorithm before that was created.
