i dont see there being a problem with you having 2 accounts as ive seen chess .com stremers doing rating jumps useing there 2nd account

It could be because you are getting around 90 or above accuracy every game, which is rare for an 1000 elo person. As well as around one or two great moves. Normally, an 1000 elo player should get around 70-80 percent. I'm not sure accuracy causes bans, & if not people might've just reported you for doing so well for someone at your rating. Not only that, you could have been reported/banned for an 11 game winning streak. I rarely see that high of a streak on chess.com.

thats because they filled an application to have permission to have a second account

That's not your account. You changed the name on your current account and that linked account was created months after you did that.

The actual problem Is I never played those games and shouldn't be linked to me at all.
I never asked for a second account. I only found out when a friend mentioned it to me.
The excuse customer service was they are too busy with many members.
I just went to that DENVERHIGH account that wasn't mine and clicked on one
of the games and did an analysis. It let me and it worked.
When it was done, It said that the moves Denverhigh made were at 1700 level.
I always thought if I got to 1800 I would be happy.
I just won one game and I went up one rating point to 1336. YAY! !

Just keep breathing Rich and playing chess and ten-pin bowling. Have fun with your family and friends and you will be fine. xx

They aren't linked to you. You changed the name of your account and once you change your name anyone else can use that username, which is what happened.

Ok, this was confusing to me the first time I read it, so I'm not sure Rich will understand either (but if he does understand already then good for him).
@martin_stahl is saying that after you changed your name, someone made an account and called it denverhigh. That person cheated on their denverhigh account, and so that denverhigh account was closed for cheating.

heres another explanation, in case
order of events:
you open your account as "denverhigh"
you change the name to "rich_colorado"
someone else opens their account as "denverhigh"
that someone else cheats on their account, not you

Okay with the explanation but can any one go to "Denverhigh"
and click on any of the 20 games and review it?
I just went to the first and reviewed it and it listed the rating 97.5 . . .
So it seems that they are still linked to me.

Yes, anyone can review those games.
Just because you review a game doesn't mean it is linked to you.
All of your old games were changed to have the name "RichColorado."

Rich, just imagine your account as a car.
You've been driving @DENVERHIGH for many years, and eventually, you decided to switch things up and get a new one. So, you put @DENVERHIGH up for sale and got a new vehicle, @RichColorado. And all your luggage (played games) is transferred to @RichColorado's trunk.
However, the person who purchased @DENVERHIGH ended up being involved in an unfortunate incident where they ran someone over. Thankfully, you won't be held accountable for this because the car is no longer registered under your name. It's as if you've transferred the ownership, and the responsibility now rests solely with the new owner.
The same is true for your accounts. @DENVERHIGH is no longer associated with you, and you are not responsible for the cheating that occurs there.
Hope that clears things up.
Fair play policy? I never cheated but Chess.com attached many games (20) to my former Handle DENVERHIGH and linked them to my new second handle RichColorado . . .
Here is the link ; https://www.chess.com/members/view/DENVERHIGH
