Public accusations aren't allowed. If you were unable to report during the event, you should just use the option after.
You also were not removed from the event, but a different member placed 3rd on tiebreaks.
That all said, discussions of cheating, potential cheating, or cheat detection are not allowed in the general forums. If you want to discuss, join the following club: https://www.chess.com/club/cheating-forum. It should be noted public accusations are not allowed there either.
I just lost a final match for gold in a >1199 5min Swiss to [removed -- MS], a seemingly brand new account (as far as I could see from the amount of recent games) that was apparently cheating, as they had all wins and all over 95% move efficiency. I don’t know why but as an iPhone app user I can only report while I’m playing, and in a blitz I’m too focused on trying to win to waste time reporting during the match. I called [removed] out in the tournament chat and others also suspected, but then I get removed from the tournament? It said I placed third but another player was on the bronze medal???
C’mon guys, I’ve been on this app for like 10 years now. I realize I’m not a premium player, but with stuff like this, you can be sure I never will be, if I even decide to stay.
PLEASE help. 🙏
