I use both chess.com mobile app and desktop website. Whenever I click on ‘Read More’ on a message, it directs me to the website on mobile. It is really annoying and inconvenient.
Is there a way to fix that?
If not, how do I contact the developers’ team or the mobile app team (whatever it’s called) for this feature? (Not chess.com support) Please let me know if you too support this. I may make a petition on that and share with y’all the link
Some things only exist on the website and I'm not sure it's possible to have the app load those. Most of the read more things are ones that load in the app enbedded browser.
Regarding contacting staff, you would use the More > Support option.
