First time Chess with long time control (90m+30s/move) suggestions on what to do and how to prepare?

Hi! I have recently started playing at a local chess club. I am very fresh in the game of chess and my rating is like 600. Tomorrow I am going to play my first game ever with a long time control 90m/30s and I am looking for tips and ideas on how to prepare for the match.

My opponent will likely be someone with a rating between 800-1500 who is obviously much more experienced.

I have two hours tomorrow to prepare for the game, what should I do?

I usually only play blitz and rapid and have no experience what so ever with this long time controls.

Be prepared to take your time.  Two hours really isn't a very long to prepare anything specific anyway and will likely make things worse. Maybe just do some tactics, but again, take your time going over them, don't blitz them out, or that may carry over into your games.

Really, the best way to prepare for longer time control games is to play longer time control games.

Enjoy! Believe it or not, time will fly.
