friend request blocked

Hi I wonder if some one can help me. I have tried to get a game with my friend and its says he's blocked but I never blocked him. He's having the same issue. Any help on this please would. Be grateful

Look at your blocked list.

He may also be blocked by rating. You may exclude people of his rating from being able to challenge you.

Set it so friends can always challenge you.
