Start with kings gambit. It will give you plenty of possibilities to count tactics.
Kings gambit is full of Tactics the scotch gambit as well
Caro kann is defensive type and scicillan is attacking so depends on the person's style of playing

imo, i like the tennison gambit
very aggressive and has 2 brilliant moves, and wins good material fast
