getting reports of disconnecting from games from the app forcing it.

Chess.com app is trying to force reports of abandonment. Probably from whistleblowing their ping manipulation and controlling leaderboards. What happens is though I’m still in the app playing. Itll forcefully disconnect me for 10-20 seconds. Draining my time in a game. And people are using this as an excuse report my 10 year plus old account to try to ban me.. . Chess.com refuses to fix the cheating. They refuse to fix the ping issues to have fair play. Yet are making claims against me for fair play... real classy...
