Global ranking missing.

I wonder why I can't see my blitz global ranking? It is not there in the normal spot.

I think that is only periodically updated. So it may take some time before that is populated for you, given the fact your account is less than a week old.

It is weird since in my older account (https://www.chess.com/member/Punnnnn, where I normally only played blitz), I got my global Bullet ranking as soon as I finished my first bullet game (before that it was still N/A). Also, for the other account, even though I don't play a time format, I still see my global ranking as N/A. In this account, there is no global ranking in its normal spot (next to Percentile and Friends ranking). Are you suggesting that my account has not even been added to the global database yet?

My suggestion is just a guess, but a number of things that used to happen live, happen asynchronously now. So it is possible the process that calculates the global ranking hasn't happened on your account yet.

I see. Do you have an answer to my question about the global ranking? I want to keep my new one but if it will not have the global ranking ever, I might want to choose my old one.

 So can I wait to get an official answer or to have my statistics shown before deciding to close an account?
