GM Bortnyk VS cheater

hello friends, I present here one of the many suspected cases (suspected?) of cheating. A person with an absolute neophyte account challenges Grandmaster Bortnyk and stays ahead throughout the game. If it weren't for the time limit, Bortnyk would have lost to a chess.com 400 elo. Is it possible that nothing can be done against these cheaters? Is it possible that it is so full of unfair people? possible that the software does not catch these games? I am indignant. watched the game, look at his profile and you will understand what I'm talking about [game link removed -- MS]
