Got notified for 'sandbagging'

Right, last week I got a notification on messages that I was 'sandbagging' or suspected of it. 

I emailed support with clear questions about what I'd done to flag this notification, then got a reply back the next day with the normal lack of information that I needed to deduct what I have 'supposedly' done... I replied without hours of that email, with clear questions asking what I've done, and in the support person's email he says he will "get back to me within 24 hours of my reply"... That was on 29/3/2023 (New Zealand time)... Still haven't received anything back!

Then, just before I wrote this, I joined a King Of The Hill tournament, then I got my first game, then I lost due to the fact the connection failed... How is that my fault?

There are people who do not know what it is to have a bad connection with a server that is not close enough to your location.
