I understand what you meant. Nothing in the rules says you can't post games played by other people if the name is removed. What do you think is the problem with doing this anyway?

Check out this Chess Games Database. Chess.com put these games in the database, and I can guarantee that chess.com didn't just go ahead and ask every single person in the database if they could put their games there.

Check out the Cheating Forum, an official chess.com club. People are fully allowed to post games in there as long as they remove the players' names (and in some cases they don't even have to do that).

I could use many other examples, but these were the first that came to mind. If you still don't believe that people can post games here, simply ask a moderator.

He didn't mean that, he meant that only the owner of THE THREAD, the OP, can post games on here cos it's his thread and guessing game
