Black seems to be a fan of the Fried Liver (defended against it, then half-heartedly tried to do it themselves). So, I'm guessing they play it in most of their games as White - and they probably win most of those games (you can get reasonably far up the rating ladder before you start encountering players who either know how to deal with it or know not to allow it). So, I don't think it's going to be a *very* low rating. But... there were also too many mistakes for me think it's far above 1000.
I'll guess 950.
