From 13th Feb I am facing 'Taking longer than usual ' connection issues as shown in the pic.

also explored all options given in : 

This is also occurring to my friends. Strangely if I use laptop I get the error if same wifi I use on mobile (even desktop site on mobile works) I don't see any error & I am able to play.This is happening to all my teammates & strangely from 13th of Feb

Its urgent as We need to participate in World Corporate Chess Championship on 19th Feb & only laptop is allowed. If anyone has any solution Kindly HELP!!!

I have tried contacting chess.com support but they are damn slow. Hope someone have sorted this. @Lukasz

PS : I have also tried clearing cache, connecting to a wired network, trying another browse. Nothing helped.

Could be for a lot of reasons. The US has been having some pretty extreme weather and power issues in various areas, so it could be possible that some part of the path between you and the site is having issues.

Crazily , from my personal laptop its accessible & even from mobile. Any idea? (All are on same wifi network)

Previously Long polling used to sort this issue. But that also doesn't work now.

You might see if you get better results in Play > Live Chess rather than the newer interface.
