It seems buggy on IE for me, everything lags a bit. It takes longer to start up on IE than FF for me, and it takes a while for it to load each window/tab, Spectating works, and the actual playing works too.
Help! Test Live Chess with Internet Explorer! :)
Be glad to check it out after the Florida/Tennessee game. The whole state is shut down at the moment! lol! Seriously, can't wait to give it a try. Great work on a wonderful site! Kudos to the staff. Might even spring for an annual membership if ya'll are gonna be around awhile! Month to month is too expensive!

i forgot to mention - when you do this please make sure you clear your temporary internet files first (clear your cache!). thanks!

Why do you punish your user by causing them to use substandatd products?
I assume he's talking about IE here. :)

Erik...
Did what you said... cleared temporary files and went to play. Although it started up slowly, I was able to play a game without being dropped.
However, my opponent left... fairly early in the game.
Thanks for the site!

a little offtopic: I'm playing with Google Chrome for some days and it works very well, as in firefox.
hey erik i tried, it was fast ....
but our antivirus can detect many viruses and spywares
(a small window will pop up)
thnks for the info:)

I tried a quick 4-min game and it loaded and played equally fine as my FF. No lag and it loaded fast...moreover I won the game :=) This is good news for me because my employer uses IE... and I will enjoy playing at work!
If you have Internet Explorer on your computer can you please login to Live Chess and try a few games? How does it feel? Compare it to Firefox. :)
