It makes it seem like I lost in my last 3 matches, but I never entered those matches. I'm very confused, a lot of my points were unfairly taken away from me, please fix this problem. pleaseeeeeee

Posting on here is not going to help but….
Assuming it’s your three latest games of 1, 0 and 1 moves, my guess is you’ve previously aborted too many games and the abort option has been taken away from your account temporarily, meaning resigning became your only option. You may have therefore thought you’re aborting the game but you were actually resigning.
One thing is for sure though, you did enter the games otherwise they wouldn’t be there
But this is unfair and my points need to be returned. This is ridiculous. I never played or canceled these games.
I trusted chesscom very much. This incident shook my confidence, I hope it gets fixed. If it is not fixed, Cheescom will lose a chess lover
Up to you. I don’t work for chess.com I was just telling you what I think happened. And somehow you did manage to start those games even if you didn’t realise.
You could try emailing support but you won’t get an official reply from posting here, but if it was me I’d just move on. Ratings self-correct back to their normal levels anyway (if your rating gets lower then future wins gain you more points etc)
