Hikaru was asked about Levi Rozmans quest for a G.M Norm, when asked of his friends chances he said nothing would please him more however he doesn't feel Levi will achieve his desire? when asked why Hikaru stated Levi can play with his eyes shut at 2300 but you need to play at the level of a 2500 in an event and this takes a commitment, which Levi will struggle with due to his streaming commitments but he wishes him well.
