How can i improve my chess elo

at you level you need to get a hang of the basics, develop all your pieces and castle your king before attacking, rooks on the semi or open files. A major way to not lose games is to ask yourself, what is my opponent's threat? Follow these and you should be gaining more elo. Not guaranteed

The issue is none of your opponents will also know none of the basics ... Other then that it's more or less ok advice

The basics include getting all of your pieces out, castling your king and controlling the center. If you know the basics but your opponents don't know it, you will just have an easier game.

Cheat

Keep playing and you'll start to recognize certain patterns over and over again.
