how do i report people?

for constantly disconnecting the entire game and letting the clock run out. thats not how i want to win, and its an extreme waste of time. these people need to be IP banned

You can use the contact form on the Help page.   However, unless you can provide proof that they are acting deliberately, they will not be banned.

People who stall are automatically flagged by the server. There is no need to report.
