Hi. I have a freind who recently joined Chess.com, but I can’t figure out how to add her to my friends list. How can I find her profile so I can add her?

Well, the best way is ask your friend what her username is.
There is also a member search function at: https://www.chess.com/members
But many people don't list their names here, so that might not work for you.
I know her username, I just don’t know how to find her profile so I can send a freind request to her

Well, if you go to that members page and type in her user name on the Search Member link, her profile should pop right up.

go to chess.com/member/[insert username here]
for example:
https://chess.com/member/b1zmark
https://chess.com/member/hikaru
that will take you to their profiles right quick, and the friend button is quite obvious.
