How good am I? 1300 Blitz in 1 month

I'm trying to figure out how good am I as a player compared to others and I found a graph that my Elo is for Novices how true is this? https://images.app.goo.gl/KzAwsYVFTs39j3mp6 I didn't study anything about Chess besides knowing how to move pieces but I learn through my experiences playing the game. (Gambit, Openings etc. I don't know anything about it) My current Elo is around 1200-1250 but my highest is at 1300 and I only play Blitz.

I reached 1300 within 7 days of playing but I can't get past 1300 for over a month now.
