Too often! I log on from work too much and need to be careful, but how do you stop!! 
A few days ago my past girlfriend left me because of chess.com.
Multiple times a day. Everyday.
I'd say at least 5 days a week for at least an hour each time. Sometimes for 3 or 4 hours.

I spend approximately an hour or two a day on games here and another hour on chess mentor. sometimes more time than that.
I am on this site so often that the seat of my chair is worn out.
I get on so much that I have a bishop for a girlfriend. 
Everyday, its so addicting.
almost everyday, unless i have connection problems and at work, I agree that it's addicting.........

I can relate to this; I do it every day myself! One day I'll get caught AGAIN.
Um, morning, noon and night. Cant when I'm at work, which is good or else I wouldnt work.
I work second shift so I have a few free hours before work, so I stop in and see what is happening. Then when I get home I check it out.
